30-day returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What qualifies

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with any original tags or packaging. An order number or other proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Use our Contact page before mailing an item back. Include your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide the next steps.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Posting time depends on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, contact us about your return and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.

Exceptions

Gift cards and products marked final sale are not returnable unless required by law. Worn, used, washed, altered, or customer-damaged merchandise may be declined.
